Post-Golgi LH3 trafficking pathway. LH3, VIPAR and VPS33B containing vesicle buds at TGN (step 1) with membrane-associated RAB10 (steps 1 and 2) and -RAB25 (step 3). LH3 containing vesicle fuses with collagen IV carrier (step 4). VIPAR and VPS33B independent LH3 transport to CD63 positive organelles (step 1a).
